We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your membership, a one-month written notice is required.

For facials, we request a 48-hour notice for rescheduling, or you can send someone in your place as a one-off.

Members do not need to pay a booking deposit, but no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of treatment or a $50 rescheduling fee.

Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled within the agreed term.
